Yes. Your gallery private link can be shared by email, SMS or messaging app to anyone around the world. Family members who could not attend in person can still upload their own treasured photos and leave messages within the upload window, which runs for up to 12 months from the event date on most packages.

Video uploads are available on our paid packages. Guests can upload from their camera roll or record a short video message directly from the gallery. Videos are stored in full resolution and can be played back in the live gallery as well as downloaded in the host’s zip file.

No problem. Guests have a full upload window after the event. On most paid packages that window is 12 months, giving guests plenty of time to add their photos after the day. Smaller entry-level packages have a 3 month window, and the free plan gives 30 days. Simply share your private gallery link and guests can upload whenever they are ready. You can also include the link in your thank you cards so late uploads keep rolling in.

Yes, an internet connection is required to upload. If your venue has patchy coverage, encourage guests to upload when they get home. They have their full upload window to do so. For large events, providing a venue WiFi password on your QR code table cards makes uploading as smooth as possible.

Your gallery is completely private. It is not indexed by search engines and is not publicly discoverable. Only people you share your QR code or private link with can access it. You also have full control over guest permissions. You can restrict uploads, hide photos from other guests, or close the gallery entirely at any time from your host dashboard.

Yes. Your gallery downloads as a single ZIP file containing all photos and videos in their original full resolution, not compressed thumbnails. Files are organized into folders by guest name so it is easy to see who contributed what. On most paid packages you can download any time within 12 months of your event date.

You and your guests retain 100% copyright to all photos and videos uploaded to Honorpix. We will never use your photos for our own marketing purposes without your explicit written permission. Your memories are yours, full stop.

Yes. Any device with a camera and a browser works perfectly. iPhone, Android, tablet, even desktop computers. Because Honorpix runs in the browser and does not require an app, there is no compatibility issue across devices. Photos uploaded from an iPhone are stored in full resolution alongside those from Android phones.
